What a lovely backyard wedding it was :) Deb & Bill were together for over 14 years and finally got married after Bill was battling with cancer, twice, and finally got better. It was very magical to see two older people look so happy together and made me realize, you have your whole life ahead of you to find you’re true love. Congrats to you both!!!!
Before I went on vacation last week, I did a mini session with Ms. Maddie & her mother and father. Maddie was very shy in the beginning as you can tell :) But she began to get comfortable with me and being such a sweetie, she started doing some poses! Can’t wait to take their family portraits in the fall :)
This morning was my first newborn session and it was of my baby cousin Gianna! What a cutie pie she was :] Once I saw that old radio sitting in my cousin Diana’s place, I knew right away it would be the perfect photo op of Gianna laying on top! Would love to take some more of her soon!
I went to high school with Liz & Brandon, have also worked with Liz and being my friend for some years, she asked me to capture her special day in September at SpringFord Country Club, where we use to work in high school! These aren’t per say “engagement” photos, but just a fun photo shoot she wanted to do. I am honored to have taken these for her and especially to capture & attend her wedding day!
This past Sunday I got together with Alexis and Steve at Quakertown Memorial Park for their engagement/save the date photoshoot session. I will be photographing their wedding as well June 1st of next year. I can’t wait! :) These are a few of my favorites! :)
Today was a sad day for the family. We had to put down our cat Butch, aka Butchy, of fifteen years. I took this photo before we took him into the vet this evening. Dad thought it would be a great idea to take him outside (he was an indoor cat) and have him walk around a bit. It gave me a great chance to photograph him.
I was seven years old when my dad found him in the cellar window. It was my first time watching one of my pets pass away in front of my own eyes and I have to say it was so heartbreaking and surreal. I now feel the pain of others who have lost their pets, because this was the first time I have witnessed and remembered one of our own pets passing away. Rest in Peace Butchy..hope you have a great time in cat heaven. <3 You needed to be up there today. Couldn’t watch you in pain anymore…We love you!
